Description

  • Identify, evaluate, and close partnerships with VCs, market makers, hedge funds, quant firms, and strategic partners.
  • Lead Aster’s institutional growth strategy across the EU/EMEA region.
  • Drive meaningful trading volume through new and existing institutional relationships.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align business development efforts with roadmap and campaign goals.
  • Represent Aster at crypto conferences, investor roundtables, and institutional meetups.
  • Strengthen liquidity and institutional adoption through strategic partnership development.
  • Maintain and manage long-term institutional relationships to support ongoing business growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional sales within CEX/DEX, prime brokerage, hedge fund, or market maker environments.
  • Strong network across VCs, market makers, funds, quant firms, and institutional trading partners.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value institutional deals and delivering measurable trading volume.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to source and convert leads independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly results-driven and a fast executor.
  • Deep understanding of crypto market structure, perpetual DEX models, and institutional trading dynamics.
