Description

  • Identify, evaluate, and engage promising crypto projects and dApps for partnership, integration, or collaboration on BNB Chain.
  • Leverage relationships with developer communities, crypto institutions, and exchanges across APAC to source and accelerate deal flow.
  • Conduct due diligence on L1/L2 blockchain projects, assessing technical, market, and team factors.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand BNB Chain’s presence and influence in the APAC crypto market.
  • Drive strategic initiatives, including coordinated campaigns and industry-specific product launches.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and ecosystem development teams to align partnership opportunities with strategic goals.
  • Support leadership in managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Represent BNB Chain at industry events, conferences, and community forums across APAC.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and help onboard and integrate new projects onto BNB Chain.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies across APAC to inform business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the APAC crypto market, including Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Australia.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the crypto industry.
  • Hands-on experience working on L1/L2 blockchain projects.
  • Proven track record in business development, partnership management, or ecosystem development within crypto, especially with dApps.
  • Deep connections with developer communities, major crypto institutions, and exchanges in APAC.
  • Ability to evaluate technical and business aspects of crypto projects, including smart contracts, tokenomics, and governance models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in at least one major APAC language such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for blockchain technology, decentralization, and innovation.
