Description

  • Lead and mentor remote, multidisciplinary software development teams.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development activities.
  • Coordinate with Product, Design, QA, and other teams to deliver software solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery commitments.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain visibility into project progress.
  • Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Create and maintain project and technical documentation for stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, priorities, and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Improve engineering processes, workflows, development practices, and tool usage.
  • Participate in engineering recruitment and talent selection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development environments.
  • Experience leading software teams or complex software projects.
  • Proven experience managing software delivery and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing project artifacts.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, development, QA, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and commitments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, distributed environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of PMBOK, Jira, Confluence, cloud platforms, CI/CD, microservices, containers, automated testing, DevOps, compliance, recruitment, or performance management is preferred.
