Description

  • Lead architecture and development for Salesforce Experience Cloud sites and portal solutions.
  • Oversee portal configuration, external user access models, guest user security, and login flows.
  • Guide development best practices across Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor mid-level and junior developers.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to translate business needs into technical designs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and configuration problems.
  • Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and review ceremonies.
  • Document technical components, reusable patterns, and Experience Cloud configurations.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong Experience Cloud expertise.
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud portals.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
  • Platform Developer II and Experience Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.
  • Additional architect-level certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and asynchronous processing.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, middleware, Git, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, and Gearset.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, permission sets, sharing rules, and data governance best practices.
  • Ability to work fully remote in the United States and collaborate during Eastern Standard Time hours.
