Description

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Patient Assistance Program and Free Goods dispensing solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in patient access, including eligibility, enrollment, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Design and improve workflows for income verification, documentation management, free drug ordering, dispensing, and replenishment.
  • Partner with specialty pharmacies and distribution partners to improve fulfillment efficiency and reduce time to therapy.
  • Collaborate with pharma clients, field teams, and operations to understand program structures, KPIs, and pain points.
  • Translate complex program requirements into scalable, configurable product solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations to deliver solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, regulatory standards, and manufacturer-specific program requirements.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through optimization and measure KPIs such as time to therapy, approval rates, adherence, and utilization.
  • Lead Agile execution, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, roadmap management, and creation of user stories and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or B2B SaaS.
  • Direct experience in life sciences or pharma services, especially Patient Support Programs, Patient Assistance Programs, or free drug dispensing workflows.
  • Strong understanding of hub services such as benefits verification, prior authorization, copay, and PAP.
  • Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy and manufacturer ecosystems.
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as HIPAA, GxP, and GDP.
  • Proven ability to translate complex operational workflows into scalable product solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Preferred experience with pharmaceutical manufacturers or hub service providers.
  • Preferred experience with specialty pharmacies or distribution networks.
  • Preferred familiarity with EMR/EHR integrations, claims data, and patient-level data workflows.
  • Preferred familiarity with FHIR and HL7 interoperability standards.
  • Preferred experience with digital patient engagement tools such as apps, portals, or messaging.
  • Preferred experience with outcomes reporting and analytics dashboards.
  • Preferred experience with automation or AI-driven workflow optimization.
  • MBA or advanced degree in healthcare, business, or life sciences is preferred.
