Description

  • Lead and grow a team of product managers, setting standards for discovery, roadmap clarity, and shipping discipline.
  • Own the 12-to-18-month product strategy and portfolio roadmap across AI products.
  • Make explicit investment tradeoffs across products and prioritize at the portfolio level.
  • Define the agentic user experience, including reasoning, explanation, human handoff, and provenance chains.
  • Drive discovery with enterprise customers, including investigators, compliance officers, supply chain teams, and intelligence analysts.
  • Partner closely with ML engineers, platform engineers, and designers on product decisions across the model, infrastructure, and interface layers.
  • Enable go-to-market teams by building product knowledge for sales and solutions engineering and supporting late-stage evaluations.
  • Define and monitor product metrics to assess whether the portfolio is working and to guide decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team of product managers and owning a multi-product portfolio.
  • Experience shipping products that use LLMs or agentic systems in production at enterprise scale.
  • Knowledge of common AI failure modes such as hallucination, opaque reasoning, and provenance gaps, with the ability to design around them.
  • Experience in investigations, risk, or intelligence domains such as compliance, fraud, KYB/KYC, AML, or related areas.
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles, procurement requirements, and regulatory scrutiny.
  • Ability to discuss model behavior, retrieval architecture, and evaluation design with ML engineers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clearly to executives.
  • TPRM experience is valuable but not required.
  • Experience building evaluation frameworks into the product development lifecycle is preferred.
