Description

  • Own end-to-end implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilization for single-site and multi-site deployments.
  • Serve as the on-site lead during critical implementation phases and represent AssistIQ to customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinical, operational, administrative, and IT stakeholders.
  • Deliver on-site training for end users and ensure end-user acceptance.
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate implementation risks, scope issues, and timeline risks.
  • Translate customer needs and field insights into actionable feedback for Product and help influence prioritization and feature development.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth post-go-live transition.
  • Continuously improve implementation playbooks, training materials, and processes for standardization and scalability.
  • Act as a strategic partner to customers and a mentor to Implementation Managers.
  • Gather product feedback after go-live and support product improvement and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Direct experience in Surgical ORs and/or procedural environments such as Cath Lab, IR, or Endoscopy is strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience leading software and/or hardware implementations, ideally in healthcare IT.
  • Experience working across multiple end-user groups with different training needs and adoption strategies.
  • Experience mentoring or leading team members in a formal or informal capacity.
  • Experience supporting pre-go-live and post-go-live activities and transitioning customers to Customer Success.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to synthesize information, think quickly, and drive change.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, written communication, and time management skills.
  • A current driver’s license is required.
  • More than 50% travel is required.
