Description

  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects to deliver the software solution on time and within budget.
  • Create and execute project plans, including scope, objectives, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and timelines.
  • Track, manage, escalate, and mitigate project issues and risks proactively.
  • Lead communication and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support teams.
  • Coordinate with external customer project teams to keep schedules, issues, and risks aligned and communicated.
  • Provide project status updates and scope change communication to internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and repository artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets and coordinate resources to ensure efficient allocation and utilization.
  • Measure project success against predefined KPIs and objectives while ensuring quality standards and customer expectations are met.
  • Lead project closeout, including handoff to steady-state teams, lessons learned, and completion of all artifacts.

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex software implementation projects in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders and heavy IT involvement.
  • Experience preparing and presenting project updates to both project teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management frameworks and project management tools in a software environment.
  • Proficiency in managing a project repository, including artifacts, risk registries, and related documentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and adaptability while handling multiple projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • PMP certification is an asset but not required.
  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology is an asset but not required.
