Description

  • Plan and execute product implementations at customer locations from discovery through live deployment.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with end users and key stakeholders across clinical, IT, supply chain, finance, procurement, and administration teams.
  • Conduct on-site customer discovery meetings and product demonstrations to understand customer needs and implementation opportunities.
  • Identify product gaps, customer risks, and internal risks that could affect implementation success.
  • Partner with the internal Product team to capture customer needs and translate them into product input.
  • Deliver on-site training for end users and confirm end user acceptance before go-live.
  • Provide regular project updates, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the implementation process.
  • Escalate risks to scope or timeline promptly and help ensure smooth transition to the customer success team after go-live.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing post-go-live and share product feedback for improvements.
  • Continuously improve implementation materials, playbooks, and processes to increase standardization and scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience leading software and/or hardware implementations, ideally in healthcare IT.
  • Experience working with multiple end user types and varied training requirements.
  • Experience in Surgical ORs or procedure rooms is an asset but not required.
  • Experience managing project stakeholder relationships and providing updates to both internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting pre- and post-go-live activities and transitioning customers to customer success teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, prioritization, and project management ability.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize information, think quickly, and drive change.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Current driver’s license.
  • 55%+ travel required.
