Description

  • Create and maintain GS1 UPCs, GTINs, SKU master data, and product specification sheets for unit, inner, and case configurations.
  • Complete new-item forms and maintain product information across retailer portals, including Syndigo, 1WorldSync, and RIVIR.
  • Support item setup and product data requirements for Target, Walmart, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Costco, Amazon, and other retail partners.
  • Coordinate operational details for shippers, displays, club packs, retailer-specific packs, promotional packs, and other packaging changes.
  • Manage GTIN creation, item setup, label copy coordination, and artwork routing for new product launches.
  • Maintain spec sheets, samples, retailer forms, and supporting materials for Sales and broker partners.
  • Maintain artwork, dieline, claims, and product information libraries with accurate version control.
  • Track pack changes, open items, owners, and status in Asana.
  • Collaborate with Sales, eCommerce, Creative, Supply Chain, and Project Management to keep launches and product information on schedule.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in CPG, food and beverage, wellness, or consumer products.
  • Experience managing product or item data, including SKUs, product specifications, UPCs, or GTINs.
  • Strong attention to detail when managing high volumes of product information.
  • Experience supporting packaging, artwork, label, or product change workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional experience with Sales, Creative, Supply Chain, eCommerce, or Operations teams.
  • Strong written communication, follow-up, and issue-tracking skills.
  • Comfort using project management tools such as Asana.
  • Experience with GS1 and UPC/GTIN creation or management preferred.
  • Experience with retailer portals, major retailer requirements, artwork routing, dielines, proofs, print production, or both DTC and retail channels preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $75,000–$85,000.
  • Fully remote role open to U.S.-based candidates.
