Description

  • Answer incoming customer calls in Dutch and assist with inquiries, issues, and product information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other written channels in Dutch.
  • Provide empathetic, effective solutions to support customer satisfaction and accurate issue resolution.
  • Handle customer conversations across multiple complexity levels, including escalations when needed.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks related to customer support.
  • Prepare reports and track customer interactions as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members, team leads, and stakeholders in English.
  • Deliver consistent support across both voice and non-voice channels while adapting communication style to customer needs.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and data security requirements.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native spoken and written Dutch proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong working proficiency in English is mandatory for internal communication, documentation, and collaboration.
  • French proficiency is preferred and may be prioritized where available.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre or similar environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
  • Ability to empathize with customers, understand concerns, and provide professional solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Work-from-home setup with a stable primary internet connection, backup internet connection, reliable backup power supply, and a quiet workspace.
  • Must be able to report on-site if required due to connectivity, power interruptions, or operational needs.
