Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers using Carvana's custom car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler and vehicles for safe transport.
  • Complete customer paperwork and maintain detailed notes in the customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • Interact with customers during vehicle delivery and represent the company in the local community.
  • Perform vehicle detailing and other physically demanding operational tasks as needed.
  • Work assigned shifts and remain available for rotating weekday and weekend schedules.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and sustain physical activity for 8+ hours.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must obtain a Notary credential within the first 90 days of employment; process sponsored by Carvana.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment; California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements for access to DMV/title and registration systems.
  • Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
