Description

  • Edit founder-recorded TikTok videos into short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Create Instagram carousel posts and static graphics in Canva.
  • Develop, maintain, schedule, and publish the monthly social media content calendar.
  • Design and build email campaigns and automated customer journeys, including welcome series, abandoned cart flows, and promotional campaigns.
  • Draft blog content for the Offdays brand and publish posts in Shopify.
  • Source, resize, and optimize blog imagery for brand templates and content production.
  • Support marketing campaigns across multiple channels and maintain consistency across assets.
  • Research marketing inspiration and industry trends and suggest improvements based on best practices.
  • Take on future responsibilities such as influencer outreach, reporting, vendor coordination, and campaign planning as the role grows.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong Canva design skills.
  • Experience creating engaging social media content for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar tools.
  • Experience working with Shopify.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable taking a brief and turning it into polished, customer-facing content with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with consumer brands, wellness, health, or lifestyle products is desirable.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and blog publishing is desirable.
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup or small business is desirable.
