Description

  • Support digital marketing strategy and execution across campaigns and channels.
  • Prepare marketing assets such as graphics, banners, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns and marketing pipelines.
  • Build, manage, and optimize Zapier workflows, CRM automations, and API integrations.
  • Map and troubleshoot automations across marketing, operations, onboarding, and CRM systems.
  • Build automated funnels across platforms such as Wix, Calendly, and Suitedash.
  • Build new Wix pages, update existing pages, and manage site structure and page performance.
  • Implement basic SEO improvements, including titles, meta tags, keywords, and speed optimization.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and maintain plugins, integrations, dashboards, and custom Wix functionality.
  • Turn raw content into structured online courses and digital products, including modules, worksheets, quizzes, templates, and checklists.

Requirements

  • Experience with Zapier, Make.com, and CRM automations.
  • Wix website builder experience is required.
  • Experience with basic SEO and funnel building.
  • Basic to intermediate video editing experience.
  • Experience managing course platforms such as Kajabi, Wix, Teachable, Thinkific, or similar.
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Wix Email, or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, and accountability.
  • Must be available during PST working hours for check-ins and communication.
