Description

  • Make outbound calls to existing and newly purchased real estate leads to re-engage and qualify them.
  • Follow up consistently with leads over time to keep them warm until they are ready to transact.
  • Gather buyer criteria during qualifying conversations, including location, budget, home style, features, and timeline.
  • Book appointments or phone consultations for qualified leads and confirm attendance.
  • Work leads in HighLevel and Follow Up Boss by logging call outcomes and moving prospects through the pipeline.
  • Manage and follow up on warm leads in Client 2's Follow Up Boss account.
  • Maintain a high volume of outbound activity, targeting roughly 125–150+ calls per shift and about 900 calls per week.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience specifically in real estate cold calling or ISA work.
  • General call center, pharmaceutical, or other consumer sales experience does not meet the experience requirement.
  • Comfort working in CRMs such as HighLevel and Follow Up Boss; prior CRM fluency is a plus.
  • Strong phone presence that is confident, personable, and persistent without being pushy.
  • Highly organized and consistent with follow-up, with the ability to manage a large lead volume.
  • Ability to gather and accurately record buyer criteria and lead details.
  • Reliable, self-directed, and able to work independently from a lead list.
  • Experience with lead qualification and appointment setting is implied by the role and a plus if already developed.
