  • Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of incoming emails each day.
  • Draft clear, accurate, and error-free responses that directly address customer needs.
  • Maintain a consistent, helpful, and professional brand voice across all communications.
  • Track, categorize, and organize incoming requests so no messages are missed.
  • Partner with internal team members to escalate complex issues and follow up on unresolved inquiries.
  • Work within established guidelines and standard operating procedures to handle emails consistently.
  • Support operations by maintaining organized workflows and reliable queue management.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail with flawless spelling, grammar, and message context.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey empathy and clarity in a professional yet friendly tone.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume queues calmly and systematically.
  • Reliability and consistency in executing processes correctly the first time.
  • Comfort working independently during night or weekend hours.
  • Willingness to work at least one weekend day.
  • Ability to start at 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM PST and work a 9-hour shift including a 1-hour unpaid break.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • A quiet, distraction-free remote workspace.
  • Comfort following established guidelines and SOPs while working autonomously.
