Description

  • Own LinkedIn strategy and execution, including publishing, engagement, and organic audience growth.
  • Amplify content by coordinating comments, engagement, and cross-promotion across team networks.
  • Track and report on campaign and content performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support content creation and copywriting for a professional, white-collar audience.
  • Manage additional social channels, including Instagram, as the company expands.
  • Update basic website content and monitor digital channels for gaps and opportunities.
  • Use marketing, social media, and analytics tools to measure results and inform strategy.
  • Communicate proactively by sharing progress, flagging blockers, and providing regular status updates.

Requirements

  • Broad-based marketing experience across content, distribution, engagement, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn distribution, content amplification, audience engagement, and organic growth.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret marketing performance and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent English writing skills for corporate and professional audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfort using AI tools while applying independent judgment and original thinking.
  • Confident, proactive communication style and willingness to raise issues early.
  • Experience in B2B, legal, technology, or professional services preferred.
  • Ability to learn new marketing platforms, systems, and tools.
