Description

  • Plan and execute meetups, workshops, sponsorship activations, and flagship events end to end.
  • Manage venues, speakers, partners, suppliers, logistics, budgets, and on-site delivery.
  • Build relationships with Turkish communities, universities, creators, strategic partners, and ecosystem organizations.
  • Manage local KOL and creator onboarding, briefing, coordination, and performance follow-up.
  • Develop campaigns, competitions, educational initiatives, and other activations supporting user acquisition and engagement.
  • Collect user feedback, monitor sentiment and trends, and communicate insights to internal teams.
  • Manage SWAG inventory, suppliers, warehouse stock, logistics, and distribution.
  • Track event, creator, and engagement KPIs and prepare regular reports and post-event summaries.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Social, Product, BD, Events, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, community activations, local marketing, creator management, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience organizing offline events end to end, including large-scale or flagship events.
  • Experience managing budgets, suppliers, costs, and event spending efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of the Turkish market, local culture, and content ecosystem.
  • Understanding of how local content and KOL collaborations support growth.
  • Experience managing KOLs, creators, or local content partnerships is preferred.
  • Strong execution, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts proactively and with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, gaming, entertainment, or internet/platform businesses is a plus.
