Description

  • Execute Onit’s organic social strategy, editorial calendar, and daily content delivery across priority channels, especially LinkedIn.
  • Create original, social-first content that drives awareness and engagement while following brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Support executives with social content and thought leadership, including ghostwriting and content recommendations.
  • Maintain Onit’s brand voice and tone across social channels and key marketing touchpoints.
  • Identify and develop stories from customers, products, employees, and industry trends.
  • Monitor social listening insights and performance data, using testing to optimize content and identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, communications, product marketing, and other teams on campaigns and content initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success executing social media programs and managing content calendars for B2B audiences.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills across brand, executive, and social voices.
  • Strong brand, storytelling, and content engagement instincts.
  • Experience supporting senior executives with social content and thought leadership.
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn and other B2B social platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
