Description

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Set clear development paths and support professional growth for team members.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development sessions.
  • Monitor customer success metrics such as NPS, retention, and account health, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Support contract renewals, upsell and cross-sell efforts, and escalation management.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Customer Success to improve processes, playbooks, and SOPs.
  • Coach the team to identify account risks, protect account health, and drive retention.
  • Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align on customer needs, feature rollout, and revenue goals.
  • Contribute to tools, processes, customer-facing resources, and documentation that improve efficiency and the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop customer success professionals.
  • Track record of exceeding customer retention and expansion targets.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to balance individual account management with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry or with predictive maintenance technology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience using remote communication tools such as Zoom and Slack is preferred.
  • Additional language skills beyond English are a plus.
  • Must be located in the United States and able to collaborate during core working hours.
