Description

  • Install, test, review, and service AssetWatch Vero condition-monitoring solutions at customer sites.
  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot or repair installation and communication issues.
  • Maintain installation and field service records and submit accurate weekly expense reports.
  • Manage assigned service tools, inventory, and company assets.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and provide accurate information and ongoing updates.
  • Support product development through evaluation and testing of existing and new products.
  • Work independently while prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field service experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time, including overnight travel, short-notice assignments, occasional weekends, and off-hours.
  • Ability to work in confined industrial environments while wearing required PPE.
  • Experience with hand tools, air tools, and specialized project tools.
  • General knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment and industrial electronic systems.
  • Familiarity with industrial networking equipment and protocols.
  • Vibration analysis, environmental testing, preventive or predictive maintenance, commissioning, and equipment repair experience preferred.
  • OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred, with training available after hire.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
