Description

  • Support solutions architects in the sales process as the condition monitoring subject matter expert.
  • Build credibility with customers to improve opportunity-to-trial conversion rates.
  • Ensure asset lists are accurate and complete to improve trial-to-subscription conversion rates.
  • Help engineer customer solutions that fit each customer’s needs.
  • Review asset calls, track outcomes, and recommend improvements to the process.
  • Identify ways to improve the average monitoring point per trial.
  • Develop deep expertise in AssetWatch products and use that knowledge to secure trials across the product offering.
  • Analyze vibration and temperature data at client sites to determine asset condition and maintenance needs.
  • Set appropriate alarm levels and provide actionable recommendations using analytical tools.
  • Attend tradeshows to support the sales team with technical knowledge and lead capture.
  • Work with the product development team to create high-value hardware and software solutions and expand product offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience with vibration data collection and analysis.
  • Strong mechanical background with industrial equipment such as centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, turbines, blowers, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Valid Vibration Category II, MLA, or MLT certification preferred.
  • Ability to develop effective corrective actions based on field vibration analysis data, observations, and discussions with plant personnel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to identify customer pain points and drive solutions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide personalized service, accurate information, and continuous communication.
  • Integrity and accountability in completing work and acting ethically.
  • Sales or account management experience is a plus but not required.
  • Desire to work in a startup environment with a startup mentality.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for 2–3 days at a time.
