Description

  • Own the visual and interaction design of core product surfaces and build them in production React and TypeScript.
  • Set the standard for UX quality across the product, including interaction states, motion, hierarchy, and information density.
  • Take rough product ideas and turn them into polished, high-fidelity experiences through rapid prototyping.
  • Shape and steward the design system and visual language as the product scales.
  • Partner closely with engineering, marketing, and sales to move from concept to shipped experience.
  • Use AI tooling and agents as part of the design and development workflow to work faster.
  • Design interfaces for the Playground, dashboard, and other developer-facing product experiences.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio of shipped product work that demonstrates design taste and craft.
  • Strong UX and visual design ability from concept through high-fidelity execution.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma, including low-fidelity exploration, high-fidelity dev-ready design, and shared component libraries.
  • Solid frontend engineering skills with production experience in modern React and TypeScript.
  • Fluency with AI-assisted design and development, with an instinct for building AI-native interfaces.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and owning outcomes end to end.
  • Motion design skills, including animation and micro-interactions, are preferred.
  • Illustration or visual storytelling ability is preferred.
  • Experience designing developer platforms or API-first products is preferred.
