Description

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Product Owners, Project Managers, and the User Experience & Accessibility Specialist.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set development plans, and support hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Establish operational standards, governance processes, and consistent product and project management practices across product lines.
  • Support Product Owners by providing operational leadership while they retain ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain departmental KPIs, operational metrics, executive dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Analyze operational trends and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate planning and execution across Product, Business Analysis, Engineering, Support, and other business units.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and remove organizational impediments affecting delivery and collaboration.
  • Provide leadership and support for the User Experience & Accessibility function and ensure accessibility considerations are incorporated into planning and delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Project Management, PMO, or technology organizations.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an enterprise software environment.
  • Experience implementing or improving operational processes, governance, and organizational standards.
  • Experience leading project portfolios or enterprise project management functions.
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, operational metrics, and executive reporting.
  • Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience supporting multiple enterprise software products (preferred).
  • Experience establishing standardized product or project management practices across multiple teams (preferred).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and user-centered design principles (preferred).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable project and portfolio management platforms (preferred).
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar professional certification (preferred).
  • Travel required on an as-needed basis.
