Description

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead product discovery and validation through customer research, prototyping, and market testing.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization and scaling.
  • Build working AI-enabled product solutions and prototype, iterate, and refine them quickly.
  • Engage directly with hospitality customers to validate product assumptions and measure commercial impact.
  • Support pricing and packaging decisions for product offerings in partnership with Sales and the Managing Director.
  • Lead the organization’s shift toward AI-first ways of working and set adoption expectations across functions.
  • Audit internal business processes for automation opportunities and deploy AI agents and workflows to remove manual work.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to keep product direction, delivery commitments, and AI outcomes aligned.
  • Build, lead, mentor, hire, and retain a high-performing product team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management or product leadership in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, prototype, and ship working AI-enabled solutions in a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, cloud services, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Experience with agentic workflows, automation tooling, and AI governance frameworks.
  • Experience managing both a core product roadmap and client-specific custom development.
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build business cases and prioritize by ROI.
  • Experience driving operational or digital transformation initiatives with measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence across functions without formal authority and communicate clearly with clients and executives.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers or end users and explaining AI systems clearly and responsibly.
  • Familiarity with hospitality technology, POS systems, or adjacent verticals is an advantage.
