Description

  • Lead the development and enhancement of infrastructure products and services.
  • Define product strategy and prioritize features with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle from planning through delivery.
  • Create strategic cloud and on-prem platform roadmaps.
  • Coordinate and manage the product development schedule.
  • Identify and define traffic management and security design discussions with feature delivery teams.
  • Evaluate industry innovations and technology platforms to identify partnership and collaboration opportunities.
  • Decompose complex solutions into iterative work items and make trade-offs between features and time-to-market.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to articulate platform requirements and align execution.
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure products meet business and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on infrastructure products and services.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies, including cloud computing, networking, virtualization, and storage solutions.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as cloud data services, on-prem infrastructure, Databricks, Docker, virtualization, network, and cloud security.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching infrastructure products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas, including product management, engineering, UI/UX, customer support, and marketing.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority and communicate requirements from high-level to deep technical detail.
