Description

  • Build and deploy AI agents and systemized workflows to reduce manual work across business functions.
  • Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities within client teams and business processes.
  • Design, implement, test, and refine AI-driven workflows across diverse use cases.
  • Leverage advanced AI tools such as Claude and Perplexity for research, execution, and automation.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate useful tools into business processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable automation solutions and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Translate AI capabilities into clear, practical business applications for internal and client teams.
  • Manage multiple workflows and business contexts simultaneously.
  • Document processes, integrations, and outcomes to support repeatability and maintainability.
  • Continuously improve systems based on feedback and evolving tools.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in any field.
  • 3+ years of experience building AI automations, agents, or systems workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced AI tools such as Claude or Perplexity.
  • Experience building tool-using AI agents that call tools, APIs, or apps.
  • Experience building multi-agent systems.
  • Proficiency with at least one automation platform such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Ability to write scripts or code for automations in Python or JavaScript.
  • Professional English proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to implement automation solutions.
  • Currently located in the Philippines and legally authorized to work from the Philippines.
  • Experience documenting automations and processes for repeatability and maintainability is preferred.
