Description

  • Design, build, and maintain the technical infrastructure that powers DockMaster’s revenue engine and automates GTM workflows.
  • Develop and operate lead enrichment pipelines that append firmographic, technographic, and intent data to inbound and outbound leads in real time.
  • Architect and implement CRM workflow automations in HubSpot to enforce pipeline hygiene, automate stage progression, and trigger internal notifications.
  • Create prospecting and outbound campaign engines that run multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) and surface high-fit accounts based on ICP and buying signals.
  • Develop AI-driven outbound messaging sequences, AI SDR assistants, and meeting booking automations to increase connect rates and accelerate qualification.
  • Build AI-powered tools such as demo generation/prep, proposal and SOW generation, call summarization, and account research to reduce deal cycle time and improve personalization.
  • Build dashboards, lead scoring models, and conversion-tracking systems to provide leadership with real-time revenue visibility and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Implement experimentation frameworks and run a high-velocity test program (target 10–20 experiments/month) across ICPs, messaging, pricing, and funnel optimizations.
  • Integrate data sources and implement attribution systems that connect marketing and sales touchpoints to closed revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales (SDRs, AEs), Marketing, Product, Data, and Professional Services while owning outcomes and iterating rapidly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales engineering, growth engineering, or a technical GTM role.
  • Hands-on proficiency building automations in CRM platforms, with HubSpot strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (Zapier, Make, or custom code) and experience building custom integrations.
  • Experience implementing AI/LLM-powered workflows (OpenAI APIs, Claude, or similar) in a business context.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and interpreting pipeline data (SQL, Looker/Metabase/HubSpot reporting, Google Sheets).
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js for scripting and building custom tools and integrations.
  • Familiarity with enrichment and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo) and sales engagement platforms (HubSpot Sequences, Outreach, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record running structured growth experiments with measurable outcomes and a bias toward action (ship fast, measure, iterate).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling into niche or vertical markets; background in marina, attractions, hospitality, or venue management is a plus.
  • Fluent written and verbal English and legally authorized to work in the United States.
