Description

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new restaurant partners.
  • Set expectations, provide training, and drive full system adoption.
  • Collaborate with integration and support teams to deliver a fast, smooth go-live.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers after onboarding.
  • Build trusted relationships with restaurant operators and managers.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address issues before they escalate.
  • Gather, track, and analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and pain points.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize improvements based on feedback.
  • Document and improve scalable customer success playbooks and support programs.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, new integrations, expansion, and referral opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or hospitality tech.
  • Highly organized, empathetic, and customer-obsessed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with competing priorities.
  • Experience building relationships and solving problems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketing.
  • Experience supporting retention and growth for multi-location customers is preferred.
  • Experience with onboarding and implementation processes is preferred.
