Description

  • Own full P&L accountability for the Industrial Vertical, including ARR, EBITDA, Rule of 40, and NRR targets.
  • Set and communicate annual, quarterly, and monthly financial and operational goals across the business.
  • Drive revenue growth through forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial team accountability.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell, upsell, and adjacent-vertical expansion opportunities.
  • Lead the business transformation across operating model, go-to-market motion, product positioning, and internal workflows.
  • Define and drive the division’s AI maturity roadmap and champion AI adoption across functions.
  • Partner with R&D to embed AI features into the product and modernize the platform.
  • Lead and develop the sales organization across business development, account management, and sales operations.
  • Build sales infrastructure including CRM hygiene, quota structures, compensation plans, pricing optimization, and performance dashboards.
  • Maintain key client relationships, serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, and represent the business at industry events.
  • Oversee product roadmaps, R&D prioritization, customer success programs, professional services performance, onboarding, and implementation quality.
  • Build and retain a high-performing team across sales, product, customer success, operations, and HR partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience owning revenue targets and managing P&L performance.
  • Track record leading business transformation and modernizing operations or go-to-market motions.
  • Strong AI fluency and understanding of how to apply AI to vertical software.
  • Experience leading commercial teams across business development, account management, and sales operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex B2B environments and build trust quickly with operators.
  • Strategic and operational balance with the ability to set direction and execute hands-on.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, prioritizing ruthlessly, and focusing teams on outcomes.
  • Experience with ERP or workflow platforms in industrial distribution, field service, or supply chain verticals is a plus.
  • Familiarity with embedded payments, fintech integrations, or billing platform modernization is a plus.
  • Experience working in a private equity or acquisition-focused software holding company is a plus.
