Description

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the automotive industry across Canada.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
  • Support onboarding and training for new clients, both on-site and remotely.
  • Maintain close relationships with existing clients to support satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product, marketing, and customer service to improve the client experience.
  • Share client feedback and market insights to help optimize the product and solution offering.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Develop collaboration and visibility opportunities within the Canadian automotive network.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or customer development, ideally in the automotive industry or aftermarket.
  • An established network in the automotive sector is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a territory and client portfolio independently.
  • Strong client focus and service orientation.
  • Commercial tenacity with persistence in following up on prospects and managing long sales cycles.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, interpret pipeline performance, and adjust actions to achieve targets.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and accurate documentation of client interactions.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with availability to travel across Quebec, Ontario, and the rest of Canada.
