Description

  • Own the enterprise AI adoption program end to end, from use case discovery through production rollout and impact measurement.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across Engineering, Operations, HR, Finance, and Commercial.
  • Run enablement programs that drive adoption through trainings, onboarding sessions, office hours, and internal community channels.
  • Coach users on prompt engineering and help develop reusable prompt patterns.
  • Curate and publish a library of use cases, prompt examples, and how-to guides.
  • Plan, facilitate, and follow up on adoption events such as prompt-a-thons, demos, and lunch-and-learns.
  • Advise teams on the simplest effective approach, favoring out-of-the-box capabilities over custom development.
  • Define, track, and report adoption metrics and business impact to the executive team.
  • Collect user feedback, surface blockers, and propose practical solutions.
  • Coordinate with IT, Security, and Compliance to ensure responsible AI use and approved governance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience driving cross-functional programs, including at least one horizontal initiative such as cloud migration, digital transformation, ERP, security, or AI/ML rollout.
  • Experience in enablement, change management, training, customer success, solutions consulting, or internal evangelism.
  • Ability to drive change without direct authority over the people doing the work.
  • Strong technical literacy and enough AI understanding to evaluate solutions and earn engineers' respect.
  • Working knowledge of modern AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude for Work, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with deploying and governing AI tools in a Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, conditional access, Purview, and Defender.
  • A portfolio of shipped outcomes showing specific tools, adoption rates, and business impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and seniority levels.
  • Pragmatic, ROI-focused approach that avoids both hype-driven projects and perfectionism.
  • Preferred: background in energy, utilities, industrial, or other operationally complex sectors.
  • Preferred: hands-on familiarity with AI tooling concepts such as LLM applications, RAG, agentic systems, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Preferred: exposure to OT/ICS environments or other settings with data sensitivity and operational safety constraints.
  • Preferred: prior experience as the first or early AI program hire at a company.
