Description

  • Build and own the target account list for new-logo acquisition across defined market segments.
  • Run multi-channel outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn using messaging based on buyer signals.
  • Qualify opportunities rigorously and disqualify early to protect pipeline quality.
  • Lead discovery calls and demos with product specialists and move SMB and mid-market deals through to close.
  • Drive enterprise deals through proposal, pricing, and closing with leadership support.
  • Define and refine the new-logo sales motion, including messaging, qualification standards, and outreach cadences.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and Chief Customer Officer on enterprise and strategic opportunities.
  • Build repeatable sales processes and share field learnings to improve positioning and selling.
  • Use AI tools and modern outbound workflows to support sales execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing new logos.
  • Demonstrated ability to quantify results such as meetings booked, pipeline created, and deals closed.
  • Daily hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in the sales workflow.
  • Comfortable selling by phone and using a consultative approach that asks why before pitching.
  • Experience selling into service, repair, logistics, or operations software such as POS, reverse logistics, field service, or claims is preferred.
  • Experience as an early sales hire at a growing software company is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of a modern outbound stack such as Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely within Canada with hours overlapping Eastern Time.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, primarily within North America.
