Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for G&A and Marketing roles across multiple levels.
  • Partner with hiring teams as a trusted talent advisor to define needs, build pipelines, and fill open positions.
  • Source, engage, and assess candidates for roles such as product marketing, accounting, legal, Salesforce development, and facilities.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Champion and manage Elastic’s recruiting process in partnership with the broader recruiting team.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies with the global talent acquisition team.
  • Represent Elastic’s employer brand and strengthen its talent pipeline before, during, and after recruitment.
  • Collaborate with and influence hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience supporting corporate G&A and Marketing functions.
  • Experience working in both agency and corporate recruiting environments is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for a fast-paced company, such as a software company or startup.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand hiring teams’ work and business needs at a foundational level.
  • Strong consultative skills, including the ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and anticipate hiring needs.
  • Ability to clearly communicate Elastic’s value proposition to candidates.
  • Experience building relationships through phone, email, and social media.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers and executives.
  • Working knowledge of ATS and recruiting technologies; Greenhouse experience is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $106,900–$169,100 USD; $128,200–$202,700 USD in select locations.
  • Eligibility to participate in Elastic’s stock program.
  • Company-matched 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings.
