Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for G&A and Marketing roles across levels, including positions in Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Partner with hiring teams as a trusted advisor to define needs, build candidate pipelines, and fill open roles.
  • Source, engage, and assess candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver and continuously improve a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Champion Elastic’s hiring process and ensure consistency across the recruiting team.
  • Collaborate with the global recruiting team to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
  • Represent and strengthen the Elastic employer brand throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience supporting corporate G&A and Marketing functions.
  • Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment, such as a software company or startup.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand hiring teams’ work and business needs.
  • Strong consultative skills, including listening, asking relevant questions, and anticipating needs.
  • Ability to communicate Elastic’s value proposition effectively to candidates.
  • Experience building relationships through phone, email, and social media.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Working knowledge of ATS and recruiting tools; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
