Description

  • Design, develop, and scale autonomous agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
  • Own the cloud deployment and security architecture for LLM-powered applications on AWS.
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, data sources, and deterministic tools using MCP and workflow platforms.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines and vector database integrations for contextual retrieval.
  • Implement evaluation, guardrails, and security measures to improve reliability and safety.
  • Lead observability for AI systems using monitoring and tracing tools.
  • Mentor engineering teams in Python and AI development best practices.
  • Guide nearshore development teams through the full production AI deployment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2–3+ years in LLM application engineering and agentic AI systems.
  • Advanced Python experience.
  • Experience with AWS, including Amazon Bedrock.
  • Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar agent development frameworks.
  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
  • Experience with RAG architecture and MCP integration.
  • Hands-on experience with LangSmith, Langtrace, or AgentOps.
  • Strong ownership mindset, technical leadership, and mentoring ability.
  • Advanced written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Exposure to reinforcement learning and advanced multi-agent coordination architectures is preferred.
  • Experience building user-facing AI interfaces with Chainlit, Streamlit, or React is preferred.
  • Multicloud experience with Azure AI or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
