Description

  • Design canonical data models and mapping strategies across CRM, ERP, warehouse, and event sources.
  • Own identity resolution design, including match rules, reconciliation, and unified profile definitions.
  • Determine which data is ingested, federated through zero-copy access, or excluded from Data 360.
  • Design segmentation, calculated insights, and activation paths for Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and advertising platforms.
  • Define Agentforce grounding architecture, including retrieval sources and data-freshness requirements.
  • Build consent, retention, and data-residency controls into the architecture.
  • Model and monitor Data 360 credit consumption and design solutions to reduce costs.
  • Establish data ownership, lineage, quality thresholds, governance, and change control.
  • Review and approve data-stream and segment changes before production release.
  • Advise executives on Data 360 capabilities and guide data engineers and Agentforce architects on design decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of data architecture experience, including 2+ years designing Salesforce Data 360 solutions.
  • Demonstrated ownership of consumption-cost reduction on a live Data 360 implementation.
  • Understanding of Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud activation mechanics.
  • Expertise with Data 360 data streams, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, activation, and zero-copy federation.
  • Experience with enterprise data modeling and master data management.
  • Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, consent frameworks, GDPR, and CCPA obligations.
  • Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant certification required.
  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification preferred.
  • Professional English proficiency and ability to lead requirements and design discussions with North American stakeholders.
  • Must be permanently authorized to work in the country of residence without current or future visa sponsorship.
