Description

  • Deliver technical solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Implement solutions with Microsoft Power BI and related technologies.
  • Design and develop scalable, reliable, high-performing data and analytics solutions.
  • Use data warehouses, data marts, and data models for business, financial, and operational analysis.
  • Perform data analysis to support and improve information management systems.
  • Create reports, dashboards, scorecards, data explorations, and visual analytics.
  • Author, oversee, and obtain approval for project design documentation.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to business and management stakeholders.
  • Support pre-sales activities and requests for proposals.
  • Coach team members and demonstrate emerging technologies and concepts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field desired.
  • 2–5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Databricks, Data Lake, Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Expertise in data management, business intelligence, analytics, ETL, data warehousing, data lakes, data marts, data stores, and cubes.
  • Knowledge of data quality, profiling, governance, master data management, and metadata management.
  • Expertise with Microsoft BI tools, including Power BI, Excel, and SQL Server SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS.
  • Experience with Azure Data Estate services such as SQL Database, Cosmos DB, SQL Data Warehouse, and Data Lake preferred.
  • Azure ML Studio or Services experience preferred.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including stored procedures, triggers, analytical functions, and query tuning preferred.
  • Knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures preferred.
  • Experience with R, Python, algorithms, and data science techniques preferred.
  • Strong technical and non-technical communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

  • Base salary range of $103,100–$154,700 USD.
