Description

  • Provide front-line and advanced technical support to Articulate employees.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve helpdesk requests, escalating incidents when needed.
  • Identify repetitive manual processes and lead automation initiatives from design through implementation.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows across SaaS platforms using APIs, scripting, and integration tools.
  • Analyze helpdesk trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for workflow improvement.
  • Document automation logic, system dependencies, process maps, and IT knowledgebase content.
  • Communicate IT policies and processes to employees.
  • Onboard new employees by setting up access and procuring hardware.
  • Manage software and hardware audits, software testing and deployment, and employee group alignment across software packages.
  • Order, track, house, and ship new, replacement, and loaner equipment while maintaining asset inventory and ticketing systems.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of IT support experience.
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience building workflows or automation using APIs, scripting, or automation platforms.
  • Experience integrating systems or automating cross-platform processes.
  • Ability to analyze processes and design scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Comfort reading and troubleshooting API documentation.
  • Experience using service desk or ticketing software to receive and respond to requests.
  • Understanding of information security fundamentals, including phishing defense, password practices, and VPN use on public networks.
  • Experience with Google Workspace Administration, Gmail, Google Docs, Jira, Slack, Okta SSO, and Zoom.

  • Base salary range of $72,500 to $96,036 annually for U.S. locations.
