Description

  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the Arrive Fresh Client Success Department and lead the team toward corporate and modal goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between client success and technology, capacity, finance, and business development teams.
  • Establish and implement SOPs and program designs for temperature-controlled and perishable cold-chain operations.
  • Develop and execute after-hours processes with leadership to support a seamless 24/7 customer experience.
  • Own the client success forecasting process and drive accountability for volume, margin, and revenue targets.
  • Build and manage cross-functional relationships to improve operational alignment, issue resolution, and service performance.
  • Partner with capacity and business development teams to fulfill customer RFPs and spot requests.
  • Train and equip the client success team to strengthen communication, delegation, customer service, and sales capabilities.
  • Drive adoption of the ArriveNow platform and identify automation opportunities for complex operational tasks.
  • Manage customer implementations and design logistics solutions that reduce costs, improve service levels, and increase retention.
  • Serve as an escalation point for team members and clients to resolve service, billing, communication, and visibility exceptions.
  • Ensure compliance with FSMA, STF, and PACA regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Employee Success and Learning & Development to address performance issues, turnover, and retention initiatives.
  • Lead organizational change efforts and help foster a positive, solutions-oriented team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • 15+ years of relevant logistics and brokerage experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or asset-based providers.
  • 10+ years of experience in produce and floral logistics with deep cold-chain execution knowledge.
  • 3+ years of logistics leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in account management and customer-facing solution design.
  • Expert knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements including FSMA, STF, and PACA.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and business presentations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and manage employee performance.
  • Direct supervisory experience over Client Success Associates and Representatives specializing in produce and floral logistics.
