Description

  • Own a book of up to 150 strategically valuable Array+ clients.
  • Develop client messaging that helps users maximize the value of Array+ products.
  • Work with the Conversion Rate Optimization Lead to share product experimentation and optimization results with clients.
  • Provide proactive communication to clients about Array+ product changes.
  • Partner with Deployment and Support teams to onboard new Array+ clients and deliver strong customer service.
  • Run renewal conversations and negotiations with Array+ clients.
  • Document client feedback and share it with the Conversion Rate Optimization Lead and Product team.
  • Own growth metrics for Array+ revenue and active users.
  • Use AI tools as a default approach to think, build, and ship faster.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar Client Success Manager role, preferably at a high-growth tech startup or financial institution.
  • Experience owning a large book of business and being accountable for revenue and active user growth.
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve strong outcomes for clients and the business.
  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate customer needs.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX best practices.
  • Experience with a free-to-premium model is a major plus.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work and a habit of using it to accelerate daily work.
