Description

  • Serve as the right hand to the COO and own strategic projects and workstreams spanning multiple teams.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives tied to revenue and business growth, including onboarding and post-acquisition product integration efforts.
  • Take full ownership of complex problem sets and coordinate project teams and cross-functional leaders to execute solutions.
  • Translate strategy into structured execution plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines.
  • Drive outcomes for initiatives across product, go-to-market, and post-acquisition integration.
  • Use AI tools by default to help think, build, and ship faster.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or program leadership roles.
  • Proven experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into execution with clear structure and follow-through.
  • Experience building or scaling PMO or operational frameworks.
  • Track record of working closely with executive leadership and influencing outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking with the ability to simplify complex problems.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from scratch.
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and results.
  • Clear, direct communication skills that can align stakeholders at all levels.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work and habitual use of AI to accelerate work.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related high-growth environment is preferred.
