Description

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and own account growth within existing relationships.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and proactive outreach.
  • Build a strong understanding of Array’s value propositions, product use cases, and applications.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records on client roadmaps, planning cycles, org structures, and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted escalation point for clients and help resolve critical challenges.
  • Manage renewal cycles and contract negotiations while balancing client and company needs.
  • Understand client needs and pain points and tailor solutions to their requirements.
  • Generate sales reports, analyze customer data, and identify trends to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and leadership to support client outcomes and growth targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B2C or B2B account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems to manage client data and sales activity.
  • Knowledge of the financial and consumer cybersecurity industries is a plus.
