Description

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies across FinTech, banking, financial services, and direct-to-consumer markets.
  • Build and maintain client relationships while representing Array as the primary point of contact.
  • Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend aligned products and services.
  • Research prospects, markets, and client needs to tailor sales conversations and demonstrate solution value.
  • Present sales proposals to banking and credit union prospects.
  • Attend trade association meetings and industry conferences to expand networks and identify opportunities.
  • Travel to meet clients and attend conferences, approximately once per month.
  • Use AI tools as part of the standard workflow to work faster and ship more efficiently.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS and B2B sales experience, specifically targeting digital banking, credit services, or debt settlement industries.
  • Proven success selling to banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships within financial institutions or fintech markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success prospecting new clients, generating leads, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend conferences.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in building long-term customer relationships.
  • A strong belief that AI is reshaping work and regular use of AI tools to accelerate output.
