Description

  • Build and own the agency’s project management system and workflow using tools such as ClickUp or Trello.
  • Manage, review, and quality-check the work of the content writer and link builder.
  • Ensure all deliverables, including blogs, links, and audits, are completed on deadline.
  • Provide regular client updates and performance reports through Slack.
  • Assist with drafting proposals and developing SEO strategies for new clients.
  • Run monthly technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog and Ahrefs.
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues such as canonicals, 404s, schema problems, and indexing bloat.
  • Lead site rebuilds and migrations for Shopify and WordPress projects, including redirects and content migration.
  • Implement high-level on-page SEO improvements such as title tags, internal linking, and collection page optimization.
  • Upload, format, publish, and final-check content in WordPress and Shopify before release.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of agency experience managing 10+ concurrent accounts.
  • Current or recent senior-level experience as an SEO Manager or SEO Team Lead at a large agency is preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
  • Deep familiarity with Shopify and WordPress, including building new WordPress sites from scratch.
  • Ability to edit theme files and install plugins without breaking site functionality.
  • Near-native written and spoken English at C1/C2 level.
  • Strong organizational skills and a direct, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize revenue-generating work over busy work.
  • Experience working independently with full ownership of delivery is preferred.
  • LinkedIn profile and CV required as part of the application.
