Description

  • Proactively manage assigned client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and email communications.
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored IT solutions to client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the upsell sales cycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for client needs internally.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive account plans and quarterly business reviews.
  • Maintain accurate client records, pipeline data, and KPI reporting in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support client retention and satisfaction by holding long-term account objectives and driving action forward.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to Junior Account Managers.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technology developments, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services, ideally in IT, technology, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of client retention, revenue growth, and account expansion.
  • Experience in proposal creation, contract negotiation, upselling, cross-selling, and delivering tailored IT solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for account tracking, pipeline management, and KPI reporting.
  • Proactive, innovative, accountable, collaborative, and trusted working style.

Benefits

  • Php 55,000 per month salary, negotiable based on work experience.
  • Full-time remote position.
  • 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Work schedule aligned to Australia time zone.
  • Observance of Philippine holidays.
