Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows for recurring and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Clean, transform, and model data from CRMs, ad platforms, and internal tools into analysis-ready datasets.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that surface performance trends, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Partner with operations and client-facing teams to gather reporting needs and deliver timely insights.
  • Document processes, schemas, and logic to support reproducibility and transparency across the team.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and transformation.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL.
  • Comfort working with APIs and integrating external data sources.
  • Hands-on experience building or maintaining data pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with dashboard and reporting tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Google Data Studio.
  • Solid understanding of Git/GitHub, documentation practices, and clean coding habits.
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS S3 or EC2 is preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing or advertising data such as lead scoring, funnel metrics, and campaign performance is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI/ML workflows, agentic data tools, or DevOps/CI/CD practices is preferred.
