Description

  • Develop knowledge management plans for the internal Threat Branch work area, the CTI customer-facing unclassified site, and the TS/SCI classified site on DHS C-LAN.
  • Manage and maintain access controls and permissions across multiple Threat Branch sites.
  • Use project management tools to create, organize, and manage documentation.
  • Develop and maintain accessible repositories for project and planning documentation.
  • Organize knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to share best practices within Threat Branch and across TH.
  • Research legal guidelines, technical standards, and emerging technologies that affect design and requirements.
  • Build workflows that support task and project execution and improve operational efficiency.
  • Drive documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen knowledge sharing and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-10 years of knowledge management or related experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and the ability to write professionally, including summaries, status updates, and guidance.
  • Comfortable using PowerPoint and Excel for briefings and basic analysis, including tables, charts, and data organization.
  • Experience using SharePoint, preferred.
  • Some cybersecurity experience, preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to federal contract requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
  • Occasional travel may be required, expected to be less than 10%.
  • Must be able to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and follow applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.
