Description

  • Partner with customers and test engineers to create case studies and testimonials that show Revel’s impact in the real world.
  • Own the content calendar and maintain a consistent flow of customer stories, product announcements, company milestones, and thought leadership.
  • Repurpose core insights and long-form content into social posts, blog articles, and conference session topics.
  • Translate complex technical updates into clear, engaging content for technical and executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with designers on graphics, product teams on launches, and engineers to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Serve as the voice of Revel across content channels, including blogs, case studies, and social media.
  • Work closely with marketing leadership to support brand positioning and content strategy.
  • Spend time virtually and occasionally on-site at hardware testing facilities to better understand the product and its use cases.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or public relations, with strong junior candidates with 1–2 years considered.
  • Experience writing about hard tech or highly technical domains such as aerospace, defense, engineering, or industrial software.
  • Experience understanding how content supports the broader marketing funnel and brand strategy.
  • Ability to learn a complex technical domain quickly and produce credible content.
  • Previous experience at a high-growth startup or in the aerospace/defense industry is preferred.
  • Experience managing corporate social media channels and building an audience is preferred.
  • Background in public relations or executive communications is preferred.
  • Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise eligible for required U.S. Department of State authorization.
