Description

  • Support CISA’s implementation of Zero Trust architecture in alignment with the CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model, DoD Zero Trust Strategy, and NIST SP 800-207.
  • Define, develop, and maintain Zero Trust policies and standards across the FCEB community and partner organizations.
  • Drive execution of CISA’s Zero Trust Roadmap by tracking milestones, resolving blockers, and advancing key deliverables.
  • Conduct assessments of agency systems to identify capability gaps across the Zero Trust pillars of identity, device, network, application, and data.
  • Develop actionable remediation recommendations for FCEB agencies based on assessment findings.
  • Create dashboards, metrics, and reports that communicate Zero Trust maturity levels and risk posture to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with government and commercial stakeholders to design and implement a cohesive Zero Trust framework.
  • Lead and facilitate interagency working groups to coordinate Zero Trust efforts and share best practices.
  • Work with federal stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity posture and support enterprise-wide adoption of best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of cybersecurity or related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, program operations, and/or program management.
  • Experience working with MS Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience presenting to upper management or senior stakeholders.
  • Preferred PMP certification.
  • Preferred background in Agile/SCRUM and process development such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to federal contract requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
  • Must be able to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and meet applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.
